Job requirements:

1. Full time bachelor degree or above in electronic circuit, radio and other related majors; (Xi'an University of Electronic Science and technology, Chengdu University of Electronic Science and technology, Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and technology and other 985 and 211 universities are preferred)

2. CET-4 or above, fluent oral communication, CET-6 is preferred;

3. Serious and responsible, rigorous and meticulous, hardworking, good team consciousness, communication skills and execution;  

4. Have the ability of innovation and independent development;

5. At least 5 years working experience in development and design or experience in thin film capacitor product development is preferred;

6. Familiar with the production process of electronic products, willing to learn from the front line;

job content:

Develop new products, optimize process and technical support

1. Be responsible for the company's product design and development to meet the requirements of product performance;

2. Be responsible for production technical service and technical improvement of finalized products;

3. Assist in dealing with technical problems in the production process and customer use process;

4. Assist sales engineer in customer development;

5. Assist in completing the company's technological innovation projects;

6. Able to travel occasionally, mainly for technical communication with customers;
